VACANCY: Case Management Administrators.

CASE MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATORS - MANZINI

(FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 2 POSITIONS)

Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC)

The Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC) is an entity established in terms of Section 62 of the Industrial Relations Act of 2000 (as amended) for the resolution of disputes through Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.

Main purpose                                                     

To provide accurate, confidential and professional service to clients who either report or file cases or enquire about the progress of cases already reported

Key Performance areas

  • Assessment of information to determine validity of cases presented Administrative work required to report cases, maintain the statistical database to enable statistical reporting
  • Provide regular statistics
  • Provide excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities or Outputs to be delivered

  • Receiving and assisting clients who have come to report a dispute
  • Analyzing all reported cases and allocating reference number
  • Assist review completed documentation for correctness
  • Analyze dispute reports to ensure existence/non-existence of dispute
  •  Ensure all supporting documentation is provided and attached
  • Ensure adequate proof that the case is served on the responding party
  • To attend to clients queries on case progress
  • Attend to Administrative work required for reported cases,
  • Ensure that accurate information is             provided for all reported cases
  • To prepare reports on case information
  • Filing and maintain cleanliness and order in filing room

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Law or Diploma in Labour Relations
  • At least 2 years’ experience in either a Labour Law or Labour Relations environment. 

Key Competencies

  • Must have excellent knowledge of the Industrial Relations Legislation and Dispute Resolution Procedures
  • Must have an excellent understanding of Labour Law principles and must have the ability to apply them
  • Decision making ability and good judgemental skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Applicant should provide salary history

VACANCY: Total Quality Management Officer 

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER - MBABANE (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC)

 

The Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC) is an entity established in terms of Section 62 of the Industrial Relations Act of 2000 (as amended) for the resolution of disputes through Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.

  • Main purpose
  • To ensure that all CMAC processes and services meet quality standards.
  • To develop quality control processes and producing statistical reports on quality standards.
  • Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues

Key Performance areas

  • Financial Evaluation and Interpretation
  • Conducting periodic activity and budget planning according to the scope of the office
  • To establish and manage a Total Quality Management System
  • Managing the CMAC document control system ensuring consistency, maintenance and updating

Key Responsibilities or Outputs to be delivered

  • Formulate quality specifications, tracking and control procedures, tools, and checklists across the organization
  • Evaluate the service delivery process of the Commission.
  • Make comparison to the operational plan and standards as well as report and evaluate operation outcome to all levels of Management.
  • To consult with members of management responsible for policies, procedures and plans and their effectiveness.
  • Ensuring conformity to quality standards.
  • To coordinate and facilitate internal audits of the quality system.
  • To provide input to contract reviews and supplier selection.
  •  Work in concert with management for risk and knowledge management, in order to prevent or mitigate operational risks and manage knowledge for value.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Commerce / Degree in Business Administration or related fields. 
  • At least three years’ experience in quality management or related functions.
  • At least three years’ experience in quality management or related functions.
  • Understanding of the Procurement function will be added advantage

Key Competencies

  • Strong financial analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis or statistical methods.
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Must be computer literate with an Accounting system background
